The Journey Begins
Founded in 2010 by master baker Julian Hayes, Artisan Bakery started as a small dream in a vintage oven. The goal was simple to bring authentic European bread culture to our local neighborhood.
With a 150-year-old sourdough starter gifted by his grandfather, Julian began baking rustic loaves that quickly gained a cult following. Today, our family has grown, but our recipes remain undisturbed.
